How?
Make up a solution of water and vinegar (about 1:4) in a spray bottle. You can also add a squirt of ordinary washing up liquid to the bottle.
Spray onto interior window, clean with a lint-free cloth and buff with newspaper.
Exterior windows are likely to need a lot more soap.
